Mohiuddin Ahmed- the new Vice-Chairman of BTRC
Engineer Md. Mohiuddin Ahmed became the new vice-chairman of BTRC. On Tuesday, the Posts and Telecommunications Division announced the nominations for the newly vacant post of BTRC. Earlier, he has been serving as Commissioner of Engineering and Operations Department of the regulatory agency.
BTRC Chairman Shyam Sundar Sikder congratulated him on this nomination. Commissioner of Legal and Licensing Department Abu Syed Dilzar Hossain, Commissioner of Spectrum Department Prof Sheikh Riaz Ahmed, Director General of Administration Department Md Delwar Hossain, Director General of Systems and Services Department Brigadier General Nasim Parvez, Director General of Engineering and Operations Department Brigadier General Md. Ehsanul Kabir, Director General of Legal and Licensing Department Ashish Kumar Kundu and Secretary Md. Nurul Hafeez were present at that time.
Engineer Mohiuddin joined BTRC on May 30, 2019 as Commissioner of Engineering and Operations Department. He is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. He also has long experience of working in multinational organizations abroad.
